Terms of Use

If you place an order on you automatically agree with terms & conditions of our cigarette store.

You must be over 18 years old to order cigarettes on Falsification of the legal age can result in fine and prosecution.

Our cigarettes store sells cigarette, which are meant for personal use only, resale of these cigarettes is forbidden.

Shipping Address

In order to receive cigarettes quickly and without problems you must indicate correct and valid shipping address. Therefore, it is vital that you check it carefully before completing your order. In case you’ve noticed a mistake in shipping address or see that shipping address is incomplete after the order is already placed – please contact our customer support immediately, so that it can be corrected.

Cigarettes' Quality

We offer only European-made qualitative cigarettes, manufactured by companies, which possess corresponding licenses.


Delivery usually takes 2-3 weeks, but no more than 30 days.

We ship cigarettes to USA only.

Cigarettes are shipped via AirMail and delivered by USPS on the US territory.

Big orders (over 12 cartons) will most likely be divided in 2 shipments in order to ensure successful delivery of all packages.

In case the order is not received in 30 days period after it was shipped – please contact our customer support and the order will be either reshipped or refunded.

Shipping Information

Orders are being shipped in 24-48 hours after they are placed.

You can send us an e-mail or contact us otherwise if you wish to make changes or cancel the order. After 24 hours, the order is either already shipped or packed and cannot be changed.

Delivery usually takes 2-3 weeks since the shipping date.

It may take a little longer during the time of the holidays, as USPS becomes overloaded with mail and takes longer to process and deliver packages.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel the order for some reason you need to contact our customer support within 24 hours after the order is placed. You can do that by sending an e-mail to Please indicate your order #, e-mail and full name. If you do not contact our customer support within the indicated time period – your order will be packed and shipped.

Additional Charges

We do not charge any additional sums - you pay only the sum you see in your total.

However, your bank may charge you a small sum of $1 or $2 for International Transaction Processing Fee. This sum is charged by some of the US banks for international transactions processing.


We never share, sell or provide personal information of our clients to the third party.

All the information that is requested from our clients’ serves only one purpose – safe and secure delivery of the order and contact our customers if there are any issues with their orders.

Return Policy

You should inspect your order immediately upon receipt. In case you find that the product is of different brand or is damaged – please take a photo of the product and of the box it came in, so that the label on the package is clearly seen. Then send these photos to customer support (, indicating your order #, e-mail and full name. Our customer support representative will contact you as soon as possible and will offer you a solution to the issue.

In case the products are the ones you order, came in corresponding condition, but you do not want it for some reason – please contact our customer support. They will provide the address, where you will be able to send these cigarettes and provide the receipt from the postal service with the indication of the tracking number of the package. In this situation we will not reimburse shipping cost as it is not our fault, but will make full refund of your funds as soon as the parcel is received back.

Reshipping and Refund

In case you don’t receive the package within 30 days period since the shipping date – we presume it lost or stolen and either reship the package or make the refund of your funds.

If you received damaged cigarettes – please take a photo of cigarettes and of the box they came in and send us an e-mail to, explaining the problem with the photos attached.

As soon as we receive the photos from you – we will either reimburse the damaged products or we'll reship them.
